Hi! I’m Megan. Welcome to Sweet Dreams by Megan!
I am a certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Coach through The Cradle Coach Academy and the founder of Sweet Dreams by Megan. I sincerely love coaching families on getting their babies and toddlers to sleep!
My husband and I have three kids ranging from ages 6 - 2. All three of them have slept through the night from young ages (3 weeks old, 11 weeks old, and 8 weeks old). While many people think we are “lucky” to have great sleepers, my husband and I take a lot of the credit, too. We started them on schedules from the very beginning of their lives and it worked!
We’ve hit some bumps in the road, like transitions to toddler bed resulting in our toddler coming into our room multiple times a night for months. However, once I discovered a sleep consultant certification, I signed up and started the courses right away. The techniques immediately worked on our toddler who was coming out at night, and I knew this was going to be a fun and exciting venture!
I thoroughly enjoy working with clients one-on-one to provide families with guidance and support to get their babies and toddlers to bed easily and sleeping through the night.
